WE SHIP OVERSEAS TO MOST COUNTRIES FROM OUR ONLINE STORE OTHER THAN THE UK (ETSY LINK FOR UK BELOW)
PRIOR TO YOUR ORDER BEING DESPATCHED, AN EMAIL FROM US WILL NEED TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED PRIOR TO POSTING YOUR ORDER INTERNATIONALLY AND THIS WILL BE YOU AGREEING TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS OUTLINED.
WE DO NOT COMPENSATE FOR BAKERS WHO TAKE ON ORDERS PRIOR TO HAVING THE PRODUCTS IN THEIR HANDS. IF A PARCEL GOES MISSING IN TRASNIT, OR AN ITEM WAS MISSED THEY WILL BE POSTED TO YOU AFTER WE ARE MADE AWARE, BUT WE ASK ALL BAKERS NOT TO TAKE ON ANY ORDERS UNTIL THEIR PRODUCTS ARRIVE.

What does this mean?
Some countries charge a VAT/customs fee which is a % of the value of your purchase. This fee is payable by you when your parcel enters your country.
How do I pay the VAT (Value ADDED Tax) ?
The fees will come via letter in the mail or via email, so it is important that you check your email regularly. If these fees are not paid then the parcel will not be delivered and the item will be returned to us via snail mail (6-12 months in most instances) refunds will not be made until the parcel arrives back in our hands and this will be minus the cost of postage ($35) plus a $20 administration fee and non refundable fees such as PAYPAL.
How long will my parcel take to arrive?
We only use Express post via Australia Post, however usually 2-6 weeks depending on the Parcels Destination Country. Peak times can be sometimes longer (Christmas/Easter etc.)
lease contact us in the first instance if after 6 weeks your parcel has not arrived in your country. If you have any concerns regarding the whereabouts of your parcel and we will happily launched an investigation on your behalf with Australia Post.
