Refund policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
We allow you to cancel your order prior to shipping for a refund. However, you will be charged a 10% admin fee to cover costs of non-refundable bank fees and administration time
We only offer refunds if there is an error in the product. eg. Incorrect item, faulty product. Email us at info@sweetlyimpressed.com.au within 10 days or receiving you order, if there has been a mistake or the product is faulty.
Please send through photos of any suspected faulty items so we can do our best to identify the issues before we proceed with the replacement or refund depending on the case. Faulty/Missing items will be posted free of charge unless agreed that a refund is a more suitable outcome.
